I thought it would take a few tries to find a colour combination I was happy with but I actually love how my first attempt turned out. I used Sewrella's Parker baby hat pattern and the colours fit perfectly.

These gorgeous crochet hooks are just begging to make something beautiful. My work in progress is a scarf to match Lottie's winter beanie. But I'll like to tackle something new. Maybe something more decorative and delicate or maybe a big project like Sophie's Universe. Has anyone made one?
My second attempt has gone much more smoothly. I think it's just a touch too big and will remove maybe 4 rows from the final pattern but my little Lottie loves it.
